Not everybody wants to wait in at home all day for a delivery, so we have added a Click and Collect facility to our website. Here’s how it works:

• On the product page, select Yes to collect from store and choose your nearest store from drop down menu.

• Once you are on the shopping basket page, when you select the shipping method, choose Collect from your selected store. You will of  course be saving the normal delivery charge.

• As soon as your order has been processed, our store will phone you to tell you when your order will be available for collection.

• If your products are not in the store on the day you ordered, the store team will let you know when they are going to arrive.

• Please note you will not be able to collect your order before you have been contacted by the store. In general, this happens one working day after you place your order. If you are on hurry you may want to contact the store directly.

• We would like to remind you to please bring the card you paid with and the printed invoice for collection of the item.
