Very helpful both in the Bristol store and also ordering online. Great customer service too as one small item was damaged and it was really quick and easy to call up and get a replacement sent. Love the products, and am very happy with the look and quality of everything I bought.

Cannot fault this Company. Very efficient, delivery within a few days. Kept up to date with time etc. The product we ordered is very high quality, we were so impressed we ordered two more. (Sleepover single futon fold up bed). Very competitively priced too. We can highly recommend.

After much searching for a table to fit our kitchen that also expands we chose the Delta table with 4 Oak Pass chairs. Ordered online for pick up at Leeds store. Very easy to park in front of the shop for 20 mins pick up. Helpful staff carried purchase to car. Easy assembly of unit. Delighted with unit.Thank you

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.
