The website is easy to use . More importantly the quality of the product is excellent. The packaging is very good with no damage to the sofa bed at all . Futon could keep the furniture in storage until I was ready to receive it. They added an additional piece of furniture over the phone and sent link for payment instantly. The quality of the items delivered were excellent and the instructions to build them were clear. Delivery service was very good....

Received leaning desk and although tricky to assemble alone, was clear to read instructions. 2 parts were damaged, however, the customer service was very fast in responding and sending out replacement parts.

What fine experience to deal with the Futon complex from start to finish: it was easy… to find what I needed on the easy-to-navigate website…to place the order…to keep track of the delivery. The products are excellent quality and easy to assemble. Would I order again? Absolutely definitely yes....
