Have the sofa bed set up for about 1.5 weeks now, so far I'm happy. Quality is good so far, real wood.
Only when I assembled it by myself, I found it a bit hard, I was about to give up cos the fishbones were so difficult to put together. Then I tried again and did it! Instruction pictures were not toooo...

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

The purchase online was easy to achieve. When I called to pick up my futon the lady at the store was extremely helpful and she assisted me in loading up my purchase into my vehicle, and gave good advice concerning extra purchases to enhance what I bought. Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.

The staff in Tottenham Court Road were really helpful and display a great attention to detail. Very happy with the build quality and looks of our futon 2 seater settee, we upgraded the mattress and bought an extra cover all lovely We also bought 2 swivel coffee tables. I would recommend there furniture as the quality is excellent
