Attractive and well made products at an excellent price. We have used the futon company desk accessories in our new office. Excellent , knowledgeable and friendly service at the Bristol shop. Lovely two seater sofa which easily converts into single bed. Very comfortable!

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. Shame really as I think I’d have had a house full of their stuff. Still water under the bridge and nice staff now working...
