It’s great to be able to see the range of furniture that futon offer in actual shops. Love the simple designs and functionality of the range. Well made. Useful pieces at very affordable prices. There were a few issues with the online order and delivery. These were dealt with by Lisa, store manager at the Edinburgh Lothian road shop.

Bought a bed in a bag and carried it across London on the bus..surprisingly lightweight. So I was very pleased that the mattress is very comfortable so definitely good for my granddaughter staying over, and I might use it myself at a festival or two . ????

Have the sofa bed set up for about 1.5 weeks now, so far I'm happy. Quality is good so far, real wood.
Only when I assembled it by myself, I found it a bit hard, I was about to give up cos the fishbones were so difficult to put together. Then I tried again and did it! Instruction pictures were not toooo...

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. Great product. Finally a sofa bed that's comfy as a sofa and a bed. Build quality seems good so far (1 month in). I have it permanently with one arm down like a day-bed, super comfy to lounge on and decent occasional bed option for guests.
