Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.

Bought a bed in a bag and carried it across London on the bus..surprisingly lightweight. So I was very pleased that the mattress is very comfortable so definitely good for my granddaughter staying over, and I might use it myself at a festival or two . ????

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. I was so pleased that the narrow little chest of drawers was ready assembled. It fits so well into my bathroom and is so useful. The oak sofa desk with a drawer is beautiful, more stylish and practical than a side table, and the perfect height. I love it!
