Everything you sell is well made, attractive and useful. Orders are filled swiftly and packaged beautifully to avoid breakages...and...I have managed to assemble flat-pack items myself with no difficulty whatsoever. The Futon Company make ordering on line a pleasure.

We ordered a Futon Vienna sofa bed from the Futon Shop in Chester in early May. Unfortunately it was delivered without instructions 20th May (and the Chester shop had closed down in the meantime). The staff at Futon Tunbridge (Maria and Nicola) were today 25th May invaluable with their telephone advice...

Small household item ordered from Exeter store for London branch due to no in stock in their store at the time. Ordered efficiently with great customer focus and a picked up in London no problem. Battersea store was really helpful when I had difficulties with my phone. Again great customer service....

I've just remembered, ????, we divided the customer service and delivery with a courier, customer service was clearly an equal split between light and heavy work, on the bright side, this friendly service are ready with bags if needs be, some items are easier to negotiate, home, in small bags, overall...

Great customer service and delivery.
Like the design, material as well the practical side: the table does not occupy lot of space, but can be extended to 170cm and accommodate up to eight people. Not heavy to move around.

Second futon I bought from the shop. Best investment ever. When this new one ends up worn out , I’ll come to get my third one. It’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever tried.

Rosie in the Guildford store was very helpful in making our decision on which futon sofabed to buy - frame, futon, cover etc.
Delivery was quick and self assembly was good - after we studied the instructions several times!
The comfy futon really is comfy and the sofabed looks fabulous. Highly recommended...
