Bought a clic clac style sofa bed. Bought in the sale, this has more sleeping room that a standard clic clac sofa bed but still takes up relatively little space as a sofa as it has no arms. Staff in Leeds shop extremely helpful. Definitely people people. Quality of items good. Delivery was good. The process was easy. The delivery person also gave good service. Assembling the items was also easy with very clear instructions and all parts labelled clearly.

We ordered a Futon Vienna sofa bed from the Futon Shop in Chester in early May. Unfortunately it was delivered without instructions 20th May (and the Chester shop had closed down in the meantime). The staff at Futon Tunbridge (Maria and Nicola) were today 25th May invaluable with their telephone advice...
