Friendly and efficient staff in the store, they were always available to help us try different cushions etc. Quick delivery on the futon we ordered and we love it, it gives us an extra level of flexibility for the occasional guest.

Great quality product, well packed for delivery and easy enough to assemble. Looks brilliant (ordered a single futon, memory foam addition and separate washable cover).

Service was prompt. Item as beautiful as expected.My paperwork said they would take away the packaging but theirs didn’t say that. This was not a problem for us although it might be for others.
