Great customer service on my initial enquiry at your Oxford store. Ordered table online, quick delivery with table very well packed and it was easy to fix legs onto it.

Items arrived in store on the date expected. Text message received to inform me that they were ready to collect. Furniture was of a high quality.
Staff were very helpful throughout the buying/collection from store process.

We visited the shop in Chester and were overwhelmed by the helpfulness of a member of staff (Michelle, I think). She went out of her way to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. We were also impressed with the quality of the oak frame on the Drift sofabed.

Well made flatpack furniture that are the next best thing to Ikea precision. The Futon Company have a great selection of high quality furniture that are perfect for small homes. I would like to especially thank Rosie at the Guildford store for all their help and assistance.

Great product images and description - easy to work out what'll suit my space. Delivery notifications were great, delivery was seamless and assembly was easy. All in all very good and would recommend!
