Ordered the lofasofa online, delivery estimate was 3-4 working days which was good. It actually arrived 2 days early. Delivery driver knocked the door and waited till I was able to answer it and take the package in.
It's great as extra seating on the floor. But it really excelled on the sofa bed instead...

The cover on our futon was becoming grubby after many years of grandchild sleepovers and general sitting.I wasn't sure how to clean it or make a new cover.

Friendly service in the shop and on the phone, timely delivery and everything as promised. We bought our futon sofa a long time ago and can still get replacement covers etc. And we still like the sofa. Couldn’t be happier.

We're bought bedroom furniture. They were great products at a really good price. We love the storage drawers under the bed including under the slide out bedside table. They're a really smart and stylish design.

I went into the Battersea branch looking for a sofa bed as a matter of urgency. The manager was very helpful and we narrowed down the options to the Drift Day bed frame in Oak with the Ultimate Relax futon. Really helpful staff member, Jane, at the Ringwood branch. Went out of her way to work out some measurements for me. Delivery was easy and the delivery guys put the items exactly where I needed them. Item was sturdy, easy to put together and well made.
