The floor futon was delivered promptly and it’s a well made item with sturdy sewing all round and double Velcro for fastening it into carry mode. Always love The Futon Company. Innovative and practical furniture which is easy to put together but made to last. Their folding wardrobes are a favourite for using up the smallest of spaces when you are stuck for clothes storage. Highly recommended!

Easy website to use and great simple delivery to our local shop. We have had our stacking beds for about five years and planned to buy covers for the mattresses once we could. Friendly service in the shop and on the phone, timely delivery and everything as promised. We bought our futon sofa a long time ago and can still get replacement covers etc. And we still like the sofa. Couldn’t be happier.

We ordered our futon from the Leeds store, we had excellent customer service from Chelz! She was warm and friendly, demonstrated the sofa transformation and gave us swatches! She wasn’t at all pushy, just helpful and informative! And… she remembered us when we rang up to order our futon!
