Easy online ordering, good delivery, great product with very easy to follow instructions (doesn't mean I didn't put the shelves on backwards, then upside down before getting it right but that was pilot error!).

Having already bought a Futon sofa bed for our 'Chillroom' which doubles up for visitors. We attempted to move our old sofa into our recently bought bungalow, unfortunately the old sofa wouldn't pass through the rather awkward entrance door and hallway. Very helpful member of staff in Bristol store when I went to see item of interest (bamboo shoe tower with mirror)..they ordered product for collection from another store (Solihull) where they were similarly helpful when I went to get it.
Now assembled and in use and am pleased with look, function & quality....

The manager and her staff at the Exeter store have been so helpful in helping me receive my furniture and to get it installed. The quality of the furniture is solid and beautiful. I rate the store and the furniture very highly.
