Friendly service in the shop and on the phone, timely delivery and everything as promised. We bought our futon sofa a long time ago and can still get replacement covers etc. And we still like the sofa. Couldn’t be happier.

Bought instead of an airbed as occasional sleepover bed in caravan …. No waiting for deflation !…. Looks very comfy and rolls up into its own bag to store … arrived super fast … pleased with futon and well priced

Really like this simple shelving unit. It doesn't take up much space and looks more interesting than shelves flat to the wall - it's a nice way to display items too. I think the quality is fine for the price.

The staff! They are so helpful and friendly.... but of course the products are so good, its hard to reach a decision. I had a 'putting together' glitch, which was fairly simple in the end but took a bit of time because the ordering time for delivery is on a weekly basis. Very pleased with the result...

We needed the futon within 10 days and we're assured this would be ok when placing the order. Sure enough, turned up within 7 days. Very pleased with the futon and the service.

We were given very good service in the shop in Oxford.
The products were delivered when requested and carried upstairs to the appropriate room.
The product itself is of very good quality and I find it comfortable.
