I ordered the green striped roll up futon with carrying handles and am very pleased with my purchase.
Ordering was simple and the item arrived within a couple of days via an excellent delivery company.

Ordered the lofasofa online, delivery estimate was 3-4 working days which was good. It actually arrived 2 days early. Delivery driver knocked the door and waited till I was able to answer it and take the package in.
It's great as extra seating on the floor. But it really excelled on the sofa bed instead...

Click and collect was very straight forward. I’m lucky I have a local branch ! The staff are always friendly and I’m really pleased with the style and ease of my shelves. Can’t fault Futon Company at all.

Always love The Futon Company. Innovative and practical furniture which is easy to put together but made to last. Their folding wardrobes are a favourite for using up the smallest of spaces when you are stuck for clothes storage. Highly recommended!

Having the shop in Edinburgh to see and try the product opened the door and the quality and utility sealed the deal. It is not cheap but for the quality of the product it is very good value. ,

I bought a wooden screen room divider it arrived nicely packaged and was very easy to assemble. It was great value as it had been reduced in their sale.
Delivery was pretty swift.
All in all Futon seem to be a good company.

We ordered our futon from the Leeds store, we had excellent customer service from Chelz! She was warm and friendly, demonstrated the sofa transformation and gave us swatches! She wasn’t at all pushy, just helpful and informative! And… she remembered us when we rang up to order our futon!

I recently visited the Futon Company store in Finchley Road and even though the store was very busy with lots of customers the experience was excellent.
