Very helpful member of staff in Bristol store when I went to see item of interest (bamboo shoe tower with mirror)..they ordered product for collection from another store (Solihull) where they were similarly helpful when I went to get it.

The floor futon was delivered promptly and it’s a well made item with sturdy sewing all round and double Velcro for fastening it into carry mode. Straightforward and we were kept informed. Delivery went as planned. Only concern is that our original futon cover faded in 2 years. Hope the same doesn't happen with this one.

Click and collect was very straight forward. I’m lucky I have a local branch ! The staff are always friendly and I’m really pleased with the style and ease of my shelves. Can’t fault Futon Company at all.

Purchased a very comfortable futon bed and matress from here. After trying the matress options I went for the firm double sided matress. Which has been great for back support. The bed frame design is simple, elegant. Under bed storage drawers are great tool, and happy with the wood finish. Really happy...
