I visited the store in Plymouth to browse your furniture. The staff were helpful when I asked a question and gave me space to look around on my own. I ordered a piece of furniture and collected it from the store later. I am very pleased with the design and quality of the product.

Rosie in the Guildford store was very helpful in making our decision on which futon sofabed to buy - frame, futon, cover etc.
Delivery was quick and self assembly was good - after we studied the instructions several times!
The comfy futon really is comfy and the sofabed looks fabulous. Highly recommended...

Very helpful person in the Edinburgh arranged our order and the complicated delivery and the futon when it arrived was very good quality and looks great. Nobody has slept on it yet!

The website is easy to use . More importantly the quality of the product is excellent. The packaging is very good with no damage to the sofa bed at all . The only downside, was the delivery company used , who delivered the sofa bed at 6.15 am on Easter Sunday ! The men were helpful and pleasant, but...

Futon could keep the furniture in storage until I was ready to receive it. They added an additional piece of furniture over the phone and sent link for payment instantly. The quality of the items delivered were excellent and the instructions to build them were clear. Delivery service was very good....

Received leaning desk and although tricky to assemble alone, was clear to read instructions. 2 parts were damaged, however, the customer service was very fast in responding and sending out replacement parts.
