I was looking for a put you up bed and passed the Futon Company shop. There was a good selection to see and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I took all the information I needed and returned the next week to make my purchase.

Great quality and design of items from this company.
I have had a series of excellent bamboo furniture that is easy to assemble and stylish.
Online ordering, there is a long gap to pickup in store so order ahead of when you need the items.

Delivery date for my item was literally a few days after ordering and all communication about timings was clear. The quality and finish of component parts for my wardrobe is excellent and build instructions detailed and comprehensive. I am extremely happy with my finished wardrobe.

Really helpful shop staff easy ordering and efficient delivery.
A small piece, the board forming the bottom of the drawer had been damaged in transit and the shop arranged replacement immediately. Very reassuring.
And the sofa bed looks great.

I bought 5 collapsible 80cm clothes hangers. Absolutely brilliant items. Easy to put together (max 15 mins) They are sturdy, and look great in my spare rooms. I came accross them in a little hotel, where they were used instead of wardrobes and gave a Light airy feature to the room. Absolutely love them....

Staff very helpful. As well as some tables I purchased a pot artificial plants. I decided when I got home that another would be a useful gift. I phoned, paid ( very efficient) and it was put aside for me to collect when I next went to York.

Great experience from the beginning when the delivery drivers brought the furniture to the room. Very easy to put together. Very sturdy furniture. Comfortable to sit on and my daughter says it's comfortable to sleep on too.
