Straightforward and we were kept informed. Delivery went as planned. Only concern is that our original futon cover faded in 2 years. Hope the same doesn't happen with this one.

Having the shop in Edinburgh to see and try the product opened the door and the quality and utility sealed the deal. It is not cheap but for the quality of the product it is very good value. ,

I have driven past this store for many years but, with it being out of town so I don't pass it on foot it was not until I urgently needed a comfortable folding bed that I went in there. The lady at the counter was SO knowledgeable, she immediately pointed out what was in stock and I was absolutely blown...

We ordered our futon from the Leeds store, we had excellent customer service from Chelz! She was warm and friendly, demonstrated the sofa transformation and gave us swatches! She wasn’t at all pushy, just helpful and informative! And… she remembered us when we rang up to order our futon!

Easy access to the shop, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Quality of the product appears to be very good and a range of interesting (and different) product designs available to view in the shop.

Service was prompt. Item as beautiful as expected.My paperwork said they would take away the packaging but theirs didn’t say that. This was not a problem for us although it might be for others.
