Oak Loop Futon…
Ordered the Oak Loop Futon as a guest bed after an excellent customer service experience given by Annabel in the Exeter store. Hoping she got some recognition for the sale, as unable to put the order on in store using PayPal. Also excellent after service when we picked it up. The Futon is very well made, using good quality materials. Happy with my purchase. Thanks ????

We recently purchased Mirage futon bed via Plymouth store and our experience was nothing but delightful. We received excellent customer service from Charlie, who was friendly and helpful, followed by on time and courteous service from the courier. Bed assembly was easy, all parts were present and the bed is really well made. We are very happy with our Mirage bed and we are hoping to purchase more furniture from Futon company in the future

I purchased two more bamboo large folding wardrobe rails to help declutter a spare room, they are perfect for bedrooms and offices as they are portable and easy to set up and the bamboo looks fresh and natural.

The staff in the shop in York were very helpful. I was able to compare the different woods and covers for the day bed I was interested in. I was also able well to lie on it and try it with the topper. I wouldn’t have bought it online. The shop and its staff were essential to my decision

We are happy with our purchase.
We ordered a ladder shelf with drawers for our hallway. Ordering was simple, delivery was within the time frame they gave us, and the delivery company kept us informed of when to expect the item. The delivery team actually arrived earlier than expected, which was fine for us. Our shelf was in excellent condition and we are very pleased with it.

I buy from the Futon Company because the standard of goods is consistent
I buy from the Futon Company because I am a minimalist and I like their streamlined designs. Also, everything I have bought has a feeling of being quality built. My most recent spending was actually on stationary items, like magazine files and storage trays. I like that I wasn't buying plastic and also felt they were a good solid construction.
