The staff in the shop in York were very helpful. I was able to compare the different woods and covers for the day bed I was interested in. I was also able well to lie on it and try it with the topper. I wouldn’t have bought it online. The shop and its staff were essential to my decision

The oak picture ledges exceeded expectations. They look beautiful with a lightly oiled finish. All genuine oak. They were even supplied with a spare wall plug and screw.

I was looking for a put you up bed and passed the Futon Company shop. There was a good selection to see and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I took all the information I needed and returned the next week to make my purchase.

Took two visits to the Leeds store to consider and eventually purchase some footstools. While the products are beautiful and great quality, what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Great Futon mattresses. They pack away nicely when not being used and easily unfold to provide very comfortable beds for our friends and family that stay over. 100% recommended.
