Saw the stool in store in York.
Ordered on line with no difficulty and arrived swiftly.
Nice step stool. Very stable. Ideal for reaching the back of the top shelf.

Really helpful and understanding of why I returned a damaged item. The refund had been received. The staff were polite, diplomatic and friendly. Definitely will return.

Buying and collection worked well. The three leg side table was value at £25 but needed the legs to be rubbed down and revarnished. At full price the side table would have been returned.

The website is easy to use . More importantly the quality of the product is excellent. The packaging is very good with no damage to the sofa bed at all . The only downside, was the delivery company used , who delivered the sofa bed at 6.15 am on Easter Sunday ! The men were helpful and pleasant, but...

We ordered a Futon 5 shelf ladder stand after seeing our daughter’s. It is well made and finished and puts together easily. All the tools needed are included. It did take a while to arrive but we were told that on the online order form so we can’t mark it down for that - in fact it arrived before...

What fine experience to deal with the Futon complex from start to finish: it was easy… to find what I needed on the easy-to-navigate website…to place the order…to keep track of the delivery. The products are excellent quality and easy to assemble. Would I order again? Absolutely definitely yes....

Mattress arrived at the store on expected date and we’re very pleased with it.
Also my husband loves wooden laptop stand which he bought in the Sale while we were there.
