Eye catching furniture
I recently had a garden room built and feel very lucky to have furnished it with furniture from the Futon Company. The highlight is the day bed - comfortable to sit on and delightful to snooze on! The in-store service was excellent. Delivery was smooth. Installation was easy. I had a slight issue with one damaged day bed slat but Futon Company replaced this within days. I would wholeheartedly recommend!

Super-nice store and staff, great product purchased
The store is always inviting and the staff very nice & helpful. We are very happy with our purchase of a footstool which has a table top in the lid. It arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.

Great product
Great product, the delivery was fast and assembly was easy. My futon has improved my sleep and back pain, all as it saves space in my flat. It’s no challenge at all to convert it from bed to sofa. I got the olive green cover and it’s gorgeous , everything about the bed is high quality and i hope to have it for many years .

We are happy with our purchase.
We ordered a ladder shelf with drawers for our hallway. Ordering was simple, delivery was within the time frame they gave us, and the delivery company kept us informed of when to expect the item. The delivery team actually arrived earlier than expected, which was fine for us. Our shelf was in excellent condition and we are very pleased with it.

Delivery was quick and the product was well packed. Took about an hour to assemble (by two elderly people) and all the fittings are very good quality. The unit itself is a great space saving piece of furniture, very well made and perfectly fits the bill in a small bedroom. Would definitely recommend this product.

Comfortable night and day!
It’s my daughter’s bed each night and she loves it and finds it very comfortable for sleeping and studying. A solid construction, easy to convert from sofa to bed once assembled. We think the quality was superior to other sofa beds which seemed to mainly cater for guests.
The assistant taking our order by phone was very patient and helpful. Two men easily delivered our order to the required room at no extra cost. Everything arrived as ordered.
