Customer service excellent and really helpful. Needed a small replacement part for a secondhand futon and it was no problem. Plus bought new covers which are really lovely colour and make the futon like new.

Staff in Leeds shop extremely helpful. Definitely people people. Quality of items good. Delivery was good. The process was easy. The delivery person also gave good service. Assembling the items was also easy with very clear instructions and all parts labelled clearly.

Small household item ordered from Exeter store for London branch due to no in stock in their store at the time. Ordered efficiently with great customer focus and a picked up in London no problem.
