We ordered our futon from the Leeds store, we had excellent customer service from Chelz! She was warm and friendly, demonstrated the sofa transformation and gave us swatches! She wasn’t at all pushy, just helpful and informative! And… she remembered us when we rang up to order our futon!

Brilliant customer service. We bought a futon after a recommendation so we went in the the Cambridge store and the staff were very helpful. I bought an outdoor day bed for our garden in the sale. The staff in the Cambridge shop were really helpful and friendly.
The wooden bench part is really sturdy and the foam cushion is soooo comfy and thick. I honestly wish I’d bought it last summer.
The only tricky bit was putting it together on...
