Delivery was quick and the product was well packed. Took about an hour to assemble (by two elderly people) and all the fittings are very good quality. The staff were ultra helpful from my initial ‘phone call through to both a delivery and a pick up at the Manchester shop.
The care instructions sent via email were clear and helpful. I am 100% happy with the Futon Co. I do however question their delivery company!
