Really like this simple shelving unit. It doesn't take up much space and looks more interesting than shelves flat to the wall - it's a nice way to display items too. I think the quality is fine for the price.

We were given very good service in the shop in Oxford.
The products were delivered when requested and carried upstairs to the appropriate room.
The product itself is of very good quality and I find it comfortable.

We ordered a Futon Vienna sofa bed from the Futon Shop in Chester in early May. Unfortunately it was delivered without instructions 20th May (and the Chester shop had closed down in the meantime). Excellent in store & over the phone service by professional and courteous staff. The day bed arrived on schedule, well packaged and all parts enclosed. I was able to put it up myself in 20 minutes. Looks lovely in the room.
