My wife and I purchased a 'Snuggler' Daybed/sofa from the Futon company a couple of years back. We recently decided to purchase an 'official' topper for our Daybed, but had struggled to find one in the right colour online.

The manager and her staff at the Exeter store have been so helpful in helping me receive my furniture and to get it installed. The quality of the furniture is solid and beautiful. I rate the store and the furniture very highly.

Fantastic! Great in store demonstration and explanation and delivery and further demonstration also great. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
The futon looks great and is apparently very comfy to sleep on.

I sent them a message asking to know the measurements of the part shown on their website (the nylon futon gliders) so that I could be sure it would fit. Within two days they sent me an annotated picture showing the measurements I needed. I have now ordered and fitted the new parts with no problems, they...

Ordered the lofasofa online, delivery estimate was 3-4 working days which was good. It actually arrived 2 days early. Delivery driver knocked the door and waited till I was able to answer it and take the package in.
It's great as extra seating on the floor. But it really excelled on the sofa bed instead...

My sofa bed was delivered within days, was well packaged with clear instructions for a simple assembly. It seems to be good quality for the price and even better that it was significantly reduced in a sale!

We ordered our futon from the Leeds store, we had excellent customer service from Chelz! She was warm and friendly, demonstrated the sofa transformation and gave us swatches! She wasn’t at all pushy, just helpful and informative! And… she remembered us when we rang up to order our futon!
