Our cabinet arrived in shop on the correct date and was ready for collection. Assembly instructions were clear and although it took a good couple of hours to assemble, we now have a lovely cabinet. Very pleased with it.

Communication and delivery were both very good.
Unfortunately I had to return the side tables, one was slightly damaged & they didn't really fit our space.
The return process was quick & easy, the money was back in my account 2 days after it was picked up.

I ordered it quite late one evening and it arrived the next day. Fabulous service, the driver even helped me up the stairs with it. I had a futon from you previously and was worried that a new one would be too much of a change. How wrong I was, I’ve slept like a child ever since it arrived.

Helpful friendly service in the shop, prompt delivery, and a lovely product that I'm really pleased with. Quite easy to assemble the coat rack, and it looks really nice. Our furniture is wonderful, but the delivery company here awful.
They delivered at the wrong time, the box was wrecked, the shelving damaged and the driver was very rude.
It will not put us off ordering fabulous furniture from the Futon Company, but another delivery firm would be a good idea.

Futon Company was great. The staff in the shop were helpful and informative without being pushy. After ordering, they explained exactly what would happen on delivery. Everything went so smoothly and the flat pack couch instructions were easy to follow.

Item delivered within timescale. Unfortunately there were chips on some of the parts. Contacted Futon and they replied immediately advising they would send replacement parts. Futon now assembled and very happy with this and customer service
