Sales person in shop was extremely helpful, lots of information re mattress types available, sofa bed sizes, accessories. We were able to see and try the mattresses. Saw this during Black Friday and on This Morning exactly what I was looking for. My young stepson stays at weekends and this is perfect. Looks good folded up and easy to put away like a large floor cushion. Recommend.

Very pleased with the whole experience. The assistant in shop, delivery and the product. The step stool was delivered as promised and is just what I wanted. It is functional and looks good.

This is based on the purchased of an oak "Twingle". Got good advice in the shop and it is just the right piece of furniture for me and the space. So it would be a 5-star review other than for two reasons. First, I think that the back cushion of the item should itself be truly "futon" rather than feel...
