Excellent in store & over the phone service by professional and courteous staff. The day bed arrived on schedule, well packaged and all parts enclosed. I was able to put it up myself in 20 minutes. Looks lovely in the room.

From the very start I was impressed with the friendly and informative sale. I requested a home delivery, no problems what so ever, contact made and delivery spot on. Staff members in Leeds are all very helpful. We called in Leeds branch, last weekend. We were assisted by Chelz, who has excellent customer service skills. We were also very impressed with the layout of the store and Quality of product range. We bought two storage boxes, this time. Can recommend this...

Bought a ladder dressing table, which is great quality and is really well designed for a small space. There was a slight defect with the mirror and customer services (Rosie) couldn’t have been more helpful. Sent a replacement out really swiftly and so all resolved very quickly.

Great customer service and delivery.
Like the design, material as well the practical side: the table does not occupy lot of space, but can be extended to 170cm and accommodate up to eight people. Not heavy to move around.
