We went to the Oxford shop to test out the futon we wanted and to see the cover colours in real life and the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.
We were told it would be 5-10 working days to deliver it, but actually it was only 3 day which was a bonus, and the delivery company were very efficient....

An excellent company to deal with. The products are well made and a lot of thought has gone into making them as easy to build as possible. Delivery was spot on too. I was very impressed with the whole process and can definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase from.

Didn’t actually like the bedside tables I had ordered, was my fault as I didn’t see them - just a picture. Returned them and the Futon company took them back and immediately refunded me without any quibble. Will buy from them again.

Beautiful product, well made and packaged without waste.
My only gripe was when I first looked on the website I couldn't find it in the search. Not sure why. Still, I have it and it's perfect.

Straightforward and we were kept informed. Delivery went as planned. Only concern is that our original futon cover faded in 2 years. Hope the same doesn't happen with this one.

The service in shop in Solihull was great and delivery smooth. Will probably order somenother items later, surprised couldnt find linseed oil on website for the furniture though, but that may be my error.

We ordered our futon from the Leeds store, we had excellent customer service from Chelz! She was warm and friendly, demonstrated the sofa transformation and gave us swatches! She wasn’t at all pushy, just helpful and informative! And… she remembered us when we rang up to order our futon!
