Phoned to confirm item in store in Edinburgh, told it was , said l would call in next day, in and out of shop with no time wasted, lovely polite assistant . Shoe rack so easy to put together even by me , great stuff love the store

From order to delivery excellent service. Only one slight chip on the wood which we didn’t notice at first. Boxes delivered in weren’t damaged, so not sure where this happened.
