Delivery was quick and the product was well packed. Took about an hour to assemble (by two elderly people) and all the fittings are very good quality. The unit itself is a great space saving piece of furniture, very well made and perfectly fits the bill in a small bedroom. Would definitely recommend...

The lady in the Futon shop in Leeds was amazing and so very helpful. The futon is really well made and we love it.
The delivery men were great but the man on the phone when I tried to rearrange delivery was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.
Overall we are delighted and love the futon

Great quality and design of items from this company.
I have had a series of excellent bamboo furniture that is easy to assemble and stylish.
Online ordering, there is a long gap to pickup in store so order ahead of when you need the items.

I was looking for a put you up bed and passed the Futon Company shop. There was a good selection to see and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I took all the information I needed and returned the next week to make my purchase.

I ordered two narrow bedside tables. They arrived in a timely way, were well packaged and easy to assemble following the clear diagrams. They are perfect for the narrow spaces either side of the bed. The green colour was exactly as shown on the website and I am very pleased with my purchases.

Took two visits to the Leeds store to consider and eventually purchase some footstools. While the products are beautiful and great quality, what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Not at all pushy for us to make a purchase but super proactive in helping us find what we were looking...
