We ordered our futon from the Leeds store, we had excellent customer service from Chelz! She was warm and friendly, demonstrated the sofa transformation and gave us swatches! She wasn’t at all pushy, just helpful and informative! And… she remembered us when we rang up to order our futon!

Really like this simple shelving unit. It doesn't take up much space and looks more interesting than shelves flat to the wall - it's a nice way to display items too. I think the quality is fine for the price.

Customer service excellent and really helpful. Needed a small replacement part for a secondhand futon and it was no problem. Plus bought new covers which are really lovely colour and make the futon like new.

We were given very good service in the shop in Oxford.
The products were delivered when requested and carried upstairs to the appropriate room.
The product itself is of very good quality and I find it comfortable.
