Excellent service by friendly , knowledgeable staff at your Ringwood store. We are delighted with delivery of our Rondo Futon, great communication. Assembly was fairly straightforward, really pleased with the futon which is a comfortable sofa but also extra guest double bed…ticks all the boxes.

Love the Futon Company for small space furniture. I decided on their sofa for practical purposes - multi-purpose, able to manover through small hallway as arrived dismantled, wonderfully cat-friendly (no arms to destroy, washable and replaceable covers and futons...) but it is also beautiful! Very helpful member of staff in Bristol store when I went to see item of interest (bamboo shoe tower with mirror)..they ordered product for collection from another store (Solihull) where they were similarly helpful when I went to get it.
Now assembled and in use and am pleased with look, function & quality....

My wife and I purchased a 'Snuggler' Daybed/sofa from the Futon company a couple of years back. We recently decided to purchase an 'official' topper for our Daybed, but had struggled to find one in the right colour online.
We reached out to Futon Company to see if there was any chance of our colour coming...

Fantastic! Great in store demonstration and explanation and delivery and further demonstration also great. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
The futon looks great and is apparently very comfy to sleep on.

I went to the Cambridge shop and found exactly what I was looking for. The gentleman there was very helpful and I was able to pick up my chairs in time for a big party I was hosting. The chairs are smart and look well made.
I will go back again, this shop always looks well stylish and has air conditioning...

I sent them a message asking to know the measurements of the part shown on their website (the nylon futon gliders) so that I could be sure it would fit. Within two days they sent me an annotated picture showing the measurements I needed. I have now ordered and fitted the new parts with no problems, they...

Click and collect was very straight forward. I’m lucky I have a local branch ! The staff are always friendly and I’m really pleased with the style and ease of my shelves. Can’t fault Futon Company at all.
