Great experience from the beginning when the delivery drivers brought the furniture to the room. Very easy to put together. Very sturdy furniture. Comfortable to sit on and my daughter says it's comfortable to sleep on too.

The information prior to delivery was helpful. The delivery was on time and the delivery was carefully handled. The assembly was not too difficult even though we’re both in our 70’s. We love it but find folding the mattress back up challenging- but we’ve only had to do it once. I’m sure we’ll...

Very helpful member of staff in Bristol store when I went to see item of interest (bamboo shoe tower with mirror)..they ordered product for collection from another store (Solihull) where they were similarly helpful when I went to get it.
Now assembled and in use and am pleased with look, function & quality....

Didn’t actually like the bedside tables I had ordered, was my fault as I didn’t see them - just a picture. Returned them and the Futon company took them back and immediately refunded me without any quibble. Will buy from them again.

Straightforward and we were kept informed. Delivery went as planned. Only concern is that our original futon cover faded in 2 years. Hope the same doesn't happen with this one.

I sent them a message asking to know the measurements of the part shown on their website (the nylon futon gliders) so that I could be sure it would fit. Within two days they sent me an annotated picture showing the measurements I needed. I have now ordered and fitted the new parts with no problems, they...

Bought a cute coffee table with storage. Delivered well packaged and really easy to assemble. Just needed to screw legs on. Fits in perfectly with our other furniture too.
