Friendly service in the shop and on the phone, timely delivery and everything as promised. We bought our futon sofa a long time ago and can still get replacement covers etc. And we still like the sofa. Couldn’t be happier.

I went into the Battersea branch looking for a sofa bed as a matter of urgency. The manager was very helpful and we narrowed down the options to the Drift Day bed frame in Oak with the Ultimate Relax futon. Customer service excellent and really helpful. Needed a small replacement part for a secondhand futon and it was no problem. Plus bought new covers which are really lovely colour and make the futon like new.

We needed the futon within 10 days and we're assured this would be ok when placing the order. Sure enough, turned up within 7 days. Very pleased with the futon and the service.

Small household item ordered from Exeter store for London branch due to no in stock in their store at the time. Ordered efficiently with great customer focus and a picked up in London no problem. Battersea store was really helpful when I had difficulties with my phone. Again great customer service....

Love the products with extensive range of colours to choose from. Excellent customer service from informed staff at both the Chiswick and Tottenham Court Road branches. Delivery very timely. Futon so comfy and the side tables are lovely.
