Interestingly the furniture is for my blind brother and has rounded corners, making it safer for him.

Great quality and affordability
Futon Company has so many products I love, it was difficult to choose when I was refurbishing my flat earlier this year. I ordered a few pieces and was not disappointed. Affordable (especially as the items on sale were incredibly well priced) as well as beautiful and the console and coffee table were very easy to assemble. Delivered courteously and on time. It's a five star from me - will buy again.

Quality chairs
Quality chairs, comfortable. Quite pricey but the gentle swivel is good for dining table. Delivery on time. Installation straight forward. Very pleased.

Great customer service
Just bought a new bed and side tables, they're great quality and were easy assemble. We had to change the delivery date and were able to call, speak to human and reschedule quickly and easily. The delivery guys called ahead and arrived exactly as scheduled. We really appreciated the professional, high standard of service throughout. Thanks

Collecting from a store
I have ordered x 2 from Futon now (baskets) and collected them from the store. All very convenient and no problems at all. Obviously there is also an opportunity to see other Futon products when in the shop.

To find what you are looking for is great!
From walking into your Brighton showroom to receiving my item 3 days later, I had a great experience. I look after 2 little dogs (Chis) on a Thursday and something told me to walk up Preston Street on my way home. Initially thought that the dogs were not allowed in, but was assured that they were welcome and even given a treat each. I then saw the coffee table I now own and bought it. Was kept up to date with delivery, found the table easy to assemble and love it. I think your furniture and service is amazing!

Absolutely delighted with my purchases
I happened to walk past Futon Company in Norwich after completing the Norwich 10K and spotted their sale. I popped in and was delighted to find exactly what I was looking for in terms of storage solutions!

Found a small piece of furniture
Found a small piece of furniture, perfect for the hallway. Item got delivered same day by a courier - I did not have the time to pick it up myself and did not want to wait for mail delivery.
