I literally had no problems with the Futon Company. Online shop was clear , I ordered a ladder shelf , was kept in the loop as to when it was arriving. The driver was cheerful and helpful. It took my hubby about 20 minutes to put together and is now gracing my craft room .

The staff in the shop in York were very helpful. I was able to compare the different woods and covers for the day bed I was interested in. I was also able well to lie on it and try it with the topper. I wouldn’t have bought it online. The shop and its staff were essential to my decision

I was looking for a put you up bed and passed the Futon Company shop. There was a good selection to see and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I took all the information I needed and returned the next week to make my purchase.

Took two visits to the Leeds store to consider and eventually purchase some footstools. While the products are beautiful and great quality, what really stood out was the exceptional customer service.
