Ladder shelves with cabinet
Lovely shelves exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was quick and at specified time. Product easy to assemble, took me about 30 minutes in total.

Visited London to purchase futon mattress & cover , shop assistant very helpful. Pleased with my choice and product a nice quality.
Delivery driver was helpful and placed my items in the upstairs room.
Disappointed that there was a delivery charge of£35 for items costing over £450

Oak Loop Futon…
Ordered the Oak Loop Futon as a guest bed after an excellent customer service experience given by Annabel in the Exeter store. Hoping she got some recognition for the sale, as unable to put the order on in store using PayPal. Also excellent after service when we picked it up. The Futon is very well made, using good quality materials. Happy with my purchase. Thanks ????

Garden Furniture
Found the garden furniture that I wanted. Items had to be ordered but subsequent delivery process well done and I was informed promptly when items were available for collection.

The person in the shop was very helpful. She was friendly, informative and engaging. I phoned the shop several months later to order my sofa bed from her. The delivery was prompt and I was updated on the time. My sofa is lovely and comfortable

Comfortable night and day!
It’s my daughter’s bed each night and she loves it and finds it very comfortable for sleeping and studying. A solid construction, easy to convert from sofa to bed once assembled. We think the quality was superior to other sofa beds which seemed to mainly cater for guests.
The assistant taking our order by phone was very patient and helpful. Two men easily delivered our order to the required room at no extra cost. Everything arrived as ordered.

now I found the parking, I have been to the Futon Company 5 times and found the staff and stock absolutely brilliant.
The service is always amazing with the staff knowing what and where everything is from a Teal Eggcup to a Chairbed Protective Cover. Really lovely experience
