We went to the Oxford shop to test out the futon we wanted and to see the cover colours in real life and the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.
We were told it would be 5-10 working days to deliver it, but actually it was only 3 day which was a bonus, and the delivery company were very efficient....

I went to the Cambridge shop and found exactly what I was looking for. The gentleman there was very helpful and I was able to pick up my chairs in time for a big party I was hosting. The chairs are smart and look well made.
I will go back again, this shop always looks well stylish and has air conditioning...

The floor futon was delivered promptly and it’s a well made item with sturdy sewing all round and double Velcro for fastening it into carry mode. I’ve reviewed Futon Company before and I’m a regular shopper there but wanted to rave about the Uma Stacking Nest of Tables I purchased because they’re so useful and practical and great looking and at £35 for three coffee tables that stack they couldn’t be any more reasonable! Nice one.
