The futon frame is really lovely, good quality, well made and the wood is really nice. The futon itself is very comfortable (we just got the basic one and it’s very good). Delivery was efficient, and setting it up was straoghtforward. A winner!

We ordered our futon from the Leeds store, we had excellent customer service from Chelz! She was warm and friendly, demonstrated the sofa transformation and gave us swatches! She wasn’t at all pushy, just helpful and informative! And… she remembered us when we rang up to order our futon!

Service was prompt. Item as beautiful as expected.My paperwork said they would take away the packaging but theirs didn’t say that. This was not a problem for us although it might be for others.

Really helpful staff member, Jane, at the Ringwood branch. Went out of her way to work out some measurements for me. Delivery was easy and the delivery guys put the items exactly where I needed them. Item was sturdy, easy to put together and well made.
