Good web site. Delivery to a collection point was a new experience and went off well. The delivery process was longer than I am used to with other channels. Delivery costs added significantly to the price.

Great quality and design of items from this company.
I have had a series of excellent bamboo furniture that is easy to assemble and stylish.
Online ordering, there is a long gap to pickup in store so order ahead of when you need the items.

Having bought a few items from the Futon store in Plymouth we can certainly say we made the right choice! The staff have been a delight to meet each time we pop in. Charlie has given us advice and is very knowledgeable, a breath of fresh air....ok, you can order on the website, but we can vouch that...

The staff were ultra helpful from my initial ‘phone call through to both a delivery and a pick up at the Manchester shop.
The care instructions sent via email were clear and helpful. I am 100% happy with the Futon Co. I do however question their delivery company!

The reactive glaze butter dish is lovely. The quality is great and I was spoilt for choice on colours. This was a gift and my daughter loves it. It's great that is it half size so can I in the fridge but looks lovely on the breakfast table. Really safely packaged by The Futon Company and arrived on time....

I've used this piece as a plant stand in my bathroom. It looks great and was easy to assemble. I've bought a number of items from the Futon Company and always been pleased with them.

Great experience from the beginning when the delivery drivers brought the furniture to the room. Very easy to put together. Very sturdy furniture. Comfortable to sit on and my daughter says it's comfortable to sleep on too.

We went to the Oxford shop to test out the futon we wanted and to see the cover colours in real life and the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.
We were told it would be 5-10 working days to deliver it, but actually it was only 3 day which was a bonus, and the delivery company were very efficient....
