I was told in shop that it was easy to put together! I was warned that it would be heavy However- I was not told that it arrives as a flat pack! Ordered from the shop, quick and easy. Delivery was prompt and goods were well protected and arrived undamaged. Delivery was £12.50. Very reasonable.

Very helpful in the shop and if I had read the instructions properly easy to put together. It is heavy and I would suggest two people but I did it alone and I’m a 67 year old woman 5ft 2 and 9.5stone.

Bed side table came with missing parts. Contact with customer service was excellent very swift to respond Cambridge store have been great with taking over. Part have been sent out swiftly. Great service. Very happy with the with the product and my experience with customer service and the store.

The furniture is beautifully made, and although it's not as cheap as some others, we feel that we've bought something that will last, and stay attractive.
The staff in the shop were helpful in letting us see exactly what we wanted, including how it opened, and gave us the time we needed to make a decision....

Best decision we made for a mattress. The support was right for us. We needed orthopedic support and have tried a few that did not live up to the promise. After using the futon mattress, the shoulder pain went away immediately and have not returned yet.
