The shop in Norwich is lovely and when looking at the window display you get drawn in like a magnet. Really friendly shop assistants and generally very welcoming. There are so many nice things for the home at very competitive prices. I highly recommend as I keep going back.

It’s great to be able to see the range of furniture that futon offer in actual shops. Love the simple designs and functionality of the range. Well made. Useful pieces at very affordable prices. Very happy with the floating bedside boxes, picture sleeves and mirror. I will certainly buy more from futon....

Great screen , can’t believe it’s a perfect match with one we bought twenty years ago ! We stupidly got rid of the second one when moving house a few years ago , hence had to buy this one !

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. I was in need of a futon to cover as temporary sofa now and for a guest bed in the future. Bought the trundle bed in February and couple of niggles were resolved by Prisca in customer support with great patience - she is a really good ambassador for the company. I am very pleased with the trundle bed: it is perfect for our extremely small spare room for 2 of the grandchildren...
