Staff were really helpful. The futon soda beds are comfortable as sofas, haven’t tried sleeping on them yet but the mattress seems good quality and they are certainly big enough and sturdy enough to sleep on. Delivery was flexible and the heavy packages were carried upstairs for us.

From ordering through to assembly the experience was good. We collected a double sofa bed from the Plymouth store. The person managing the store helped us load the 40kg box into our camper. Delivery was exceptional as had to rearrange but the guys were at our door at 07:30 on delivery day

I am very pleased with the side table I ordered - it is just what I needed beside the sofa.i am delighted with the quality. Delivery was quick and I was able to assemble the table fairly easily. There was no tracking however or updated delivery communication and the parcel was left outside my door.

We bought a stool. We found we no longer have the ability to assemble flat-packs. We learned from the website that Futon now offer assembly. We arranged a taxi to take the pack to the York shop. The manager was standing outside to swap it with an assembled stool !

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.
