We ordered a Futon Vienna sofa bed from the Futon Shop in Chester in early May. Unfortunately it was delivered without instructions 20th May (and the Chester shop had closed down in the meantime). I visited the store in Plymouth to browse your furniture. The staff were helpful when I asked a question and gave me space to look around on my own. I ordered a piece of furniture and collected it from the store later. I am very pleased with the design and quality of the product.

Very helpful person in the Edinburgh arranged our order and the complicated delivery and the futon when it arrived was very good quality and looks great. Nobody has slept on it yet!

About 3 years ago bought lovely little set of stacking tables with drawers. They’re still going strong and are in use daily. Couldn’t be without!
