Riikka was very helpful.and informative in the East Sheen store and instilled confidence in the Trundle bed and futon sets we bought. Follow up process was smooth and quick, and the two man delivery team were also exceptionally efficient.

The futon shop was small but well laid out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Information, delivery change of fabric and extras all explained clearly and honestly. Went into the store jn Oxford and was served by a very charming store manager . She was patient and friendly explained the different models and fabrics and options.
We ordered online as we couldn’t go back to the store. The range and variety available is great and the furniture is top quality !

No issues through out. The bed was easy to put together and very comfy.
