Needee a futon mattress and headed to Futon Comoany in Edinburgh and it was very easy to make a choice among the 3 available. Good price on demonstrator item in shop which was in good condition and had top spec mattress . Staff were very helpful, pleasant and kept us fully informed.

I was told in shop that it was easy to put together! I was warned that it would be heavy However- I was not told that it arrives as a flat pack! It took a long time to put together and I was very disappointed Now it is up I love it !- but I felt that I was lied to and I would have preferred to be able...

Bed side table came with missing parts. Contact with customer service was excellent very swift to respond Cambridge store have been great with taking over. Part have been sent out swiftly. Great service. Very happy with the with the product and my experience with customer service and the store.

Ordering on the website was very quick and easy and there was an option to collect from store immediately.
