We ordered a Futon 5 shelf ladder stand after seeing our daughter’s. It is well made and finished and puts together easily. All the tools needed are included. It did take a while to arrive but we were told that on the online order form so we can’t mark it down for that - in fact it arrived before...

Nicola was helpful, as ever, telling us about various pieces of furniture. We bought an ex-display Hannei (?) open wardrobe which Nicola kindly dismantled and securely packed for us, which made transporting it home much easier.
A great experience at The Futon Company, as usual.

really like the furniture they sell. My dog wrecked one of the chair cushions. I emailed futon and was able to order replacements. Great customer service that makes me consider getting more futon stuff.

Great service in the Kingston shop. Table and chairs were delivered on time and at a very reasonable cost. My daughter is really pleased with her new table.

Our furniture is wonderful, but the delivery company here awful.
They delivered at the wrong time, the box was wrecked, the shelving damaged and the driver was very rude.
It will not put us off ordering fabulous furniture from the Futon Company, but another delivery firm would be a good idea.

Products delivered quickly. Always complete and never damaged. Good quality in terms of ease of assembly (correct hole drilling, straight pieces, simple instructions). I’m a bit obsessed with Futon Company’s smaller pieces of furniture! Definitely worth the extra compared to a famous Swedish shop....
