Very helpful both in the Bristol store and also ordering online. Great customer service too as one small item was damaged and it was really quick and easy to call up and get a replacement sent. Love the products, and am very happy with the look and quality of everything I bought.

The product was exactly as described. The quality was really good and assembly instructions were clear. Another super comfortable futon from you! It's the 3rd futon we've had from you in 25 yrs. The delivery was after the scheduled time, but that's no big deal for me.

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.
