Service in the Leeds store was, as usual, exemplary.
The delivery was delayed but I was kept informed and the alternative date was achieved on time.

Exeter branch: Brilliant service. Aimee in particular was SO patient with me changing my mind (a few times!). She is a credit to the company. Product wise, such a wide variety of choice and excellent quality.

Staff members in Leeds are all very helpful. We called in Leeds branch, last weekend. We were assisted by Chelz, who has excellent customer service skills.
