Have the sofa bed set up for about 1.5 weeks now, so far I'm happy. Quality is good so far, real wood.
Only when I assembled it by myself, I found it a bit hard, I was about to give up cos the fishbones were so difficult to put together. Then I tried again and did it! Instruction pictures were not toooo...

My 70+ family members loved this tatami, we've bought three to make it a slightly bigger super king size, and put on a 10cm thick foam mattress topper and it went like the best night they ever had, one of them have serious scoliosis. We took delivery of the Rondo Single Seater sofa bed this week- a beautifully made piece of furniture but struggled to put it together- a combination of us not being very practical and instructions that were not very clear. In desperation we ‘phoned the Norwich store and spoke to Patricia and Archie....

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.
