Very helpful both in the Bristol store and also ordering online. Great customer service too as one small item was damaged and it was really quick and easy to call up and get a replacement sent. Love the products, and am very happy with the look and quality of everything I bought.

Excellent , knowledgeable and friendly service at the Bristol shop. Lovely two seater sofa which easily converts into single bed. Very comfortable!

I ordered one smallish bedside 9 (or other) table. It arrived on time with all the necessary bits an pieces, screws, allen key etc. The instructions were clear. Once it was together I was very pleased with it. It is well made and well finished. It is (as described) real wood and looks like wood and not...

Table arrived as stated one screw was faulty but on informing futon replacement was sent quickly so I could finish building the table very happy with purchase

Great set of "leaning" shelves. Fits perfectly in bathroom with mix of wooden frame and white shelves. Easy to build - 10 minutes or so and solid. Recommended. Probably my fifth or sixth piece of Futon Company furniture, won't be my last.

Very happy with the build quality and looks of our futon 2 seater settee, we upgraded the mattress and bought an extra cover all lovely We also bought 2 swivel coffee tables. I would recommend there furniture as the quality is excellent
