We have very sepcific requirement for our bed, we want a lower bed, no head or end board, with storage room underneath, also we don't like soft mattress. We visited the Guildford store twice in the last week of November and on both occasions the staff, who were different on both days, were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The products are of interesting design, well made and easy to assemble. First class service.

I purchased my Futon from the Futon shop in Guildford. I found the assistant very helpful and I was able to find the right futon for me with her guidance and knowledge. The Futon didn't take long to arrive and the quality is superb

What made my experience great? In a word Catherine! Went to the Kingston store on the 22nd October, she was helpful, kind and professional. Had to check I'd be able to get someone to assemble before buying, she printed out the potential bill then helped me later over the phone ,to pay (elderly technophobe!)...

I shopped in store and was advised extremely well by a very gracious member of the team.
My first night on my new futon mattress left me with a bit of a face ache in the morning because I had been smiling in my sleep. It's preposterously comfortable.

I have bought two items from Futon; a futon sofa bed and a lamp. I love both of them! The sofa bed looks fabulous, is really comfortable, and fits so well with the rest of my furniture. The staff in both the Plymouth and Guildford branches were so helpful in demonstrating how the sofa went into a bed...
