Order the Moonrise King sized bed. Came in a large box (that will just about fit in a normal sized car), it was straightforward to assemble with 2 people. We visited the Guildford store twice in the last week of November and on both occasions the staff, who were different on both days, were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The products are of interesting design, well made and easy to assemble. First class service.

Great delivery. Great furniture. A bit tricky to put together. Needed 100% attention and tools not included in the packet. Instructions not as clear as those from Ikea. But products once assembled are sturdy and beautiful.

Very happy with our futon from this company. It is excellent quality and at a very good price - especially as we got it during a sale. The delivery charge for two men in a van was reasonable too, as we live out in the wilds of west Wales.

I bought a washing basket but unfortunately the stitches were loose . I have emailed customer service and they sorted out quickly. Hopefully the replacement will be fine as I really like it and it fit perfectly in my laundry room

Fantastic in store experience in Norwich. Staff cheery, helpful and knowledgeable on products. Everything delivered on time and all packaged well. No items damaged or in need of replacing. Delivery company not as enthusiastic but they did what was needed and without issue. Will order again.
