Originally, the futon was going to arrive later than the promised delivery window, but Customer Support fixed this and it arrived in time. The Futon is lovely - good quality and thick cosy mattress. I had to sew handles on the sides of the mattress which is almost impossible to lift and manipulate without...

I shopped in store and was advised extremely well by a very gracious member of the team. My first night on my new futon mattress left me with a bit of a face ache in the morning because I had been smiling in my sleep. It's preposterously comfortable.
