Pleasantly surprised at the quality of products purchased as they are for overnight guests so they have somewhere more comfortable to sleep than a blowup bed. The lofa sofa is so comfy and the bed in a bag is perfect for unexpected guests. Very happy that I made the decisio to shop at the futon company.

Have received most helpful advice at your Oxford shop from Justina and colleagues. Purchased a day bed, ordering efficient, delivered promptly and helpfully (happily took package upstairs), very happy indeed with the daybed (though would have been easier to put together if I had read the instructions...

Ordered online. Informed of delivery time, phoned when on way. Helpful delivery staff brought heavy furniture in.
Oak flat pack was well made and strong. Better than other companies flat packs that we have bought in past.
Easy to assemble.
Looks nice in hallway. Would buy from there again.

I purchased my Futon from the Futon shop in Guildford. I found the assistant very helpful and I was able to find the right futon for me with her guidance and knowledge. The Futon didn't take long to arrive and the quality is superb

What made my experience great? In a word Catherine! Went to the Kingston store on the 22nd October, she was helpful, kind and professional. Had to check I'd be able to get someone to assemble before buying, she printed out the potential bill then helped me later over the phone ,to pay (elderly technophobe!)...

It was good. The delivery however took 2 weeks which seemed like quite a long time but possibly understandable.
I like the product because it is made of cotton not plastic and has recycled materials. So I am grateful for that.

Futon has a great customer service and the product, the sofa bed, is top according to our guests! The staff in Muswell Hill was very helpful, friendly and arranged for the prompt delivery ????????????????

I bought a washing basket but unfortunately the stitches were loose . I have emailed customer service and they sorted out quickly. Hopefully the replacement will be fine as I really like it and it fit perfectly in my laundry room
