Excellent packaging keeping bed components safe. All the screws and plugs were accounted for .Visual instructions easily follow able. Less than an afternoon to construct.
Delivery people were pleasant, quick and amenable. A brilliant purchase all round !!

Service in the store was helpful in making choices and followed up with making the order for me before the sale finished. The items arrives when promised and are well put together for self assembly. Buying and collection worked well. The three leg side table was value at £25 but needed the legs to be rubbed down and revarnished. At full price the side table would have been returned.

The girls at the Plymouth branch are really helpful and friendly. The table, bookshelves and futon we have purchased over the past two years are very good quality and very reasonably priced. Very impressed overall.

Received leaning desk and although tricky to assemble alone, was clear to read instructions. 2 parts were damaged, however, the customer service was very fast in responding and sending out replacement parts.

A clear website with full product details, easy to order and quick delivery. The product( narrow bedside table) is fine, easy to put together and looks good. Perfect for a small space. Good value .

I bought the 3 shelf version which is "hip height" Easy to pick up from local shop. Good value & well made ( self assembly with all screws needed !) Nice for my mum to place her flower vase on at Care Home away from radiator !

Our cabinet arrived in shop on the correct date and was ready for collection. Assembly instructions were clear and although it took a good couple of hours to assemble, we now have a lovely cabinet. Very pleased with it.
