We ordered a Futon 5 shelf ladder stand after seeing our daughter’s. It is well made and finished and puts together easily. All the tools needed are included. It did take a while to arrive but we were told that on the online order form so we can’t mark it down for that - in fact it arrived before...

Very sturdy furniture easy to assemble as instructions and parts are very clear. Had many compliments on how my table and benches looked. Good company.

really like the furniture they sell. My dog wrecked one of the chair cushions. I emailed futon and was able to order replacements. Great customer service that makes me consider getting more futon stuff.
