Futon were very good when I ordered the wrong size Tatami mattress. They came and collected it and delivered the right size, which I paid separately for, I am now just awaiting my refund.

Great service. The staff in Preston Street in Brighton were great ane a real help. Kept me informed of my order and very helpful on the day of pick up from the shop. The product was easy to build and i was really impressed with the quality of materials used and workmanship. Highly recommend.

I have spent god knows how much with the Futon Company over the years. Their items are stylish, sturdy, and of good quality and value. Good quality product, easy to order, but took its time being delivered, considering I am 5 minutes away from the warehouse. It would be perfect if you could pick direct from the warehouse rather than a store.
