The shop in Norwich is lovely and when looking at the window display you get drawn in like a magnet. Really friendly shop assistants and generally very welcoming. There are so many nice things for the home at very competitive prices. I highly recommend as I keep going back.

Advice in shop was very good and staff very friendly.
Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.

Great customer service at the Sheffield store and online, delivery communication also very good. The bed is really nice and looks fab in the space. We added the long bolster, which looks great, but bought in store so we could see the colours better.

Helpful, friendly and professional. Easy to order via the shop. Only downside: the useful hints email arrived a week after the futon. We had already assembled it but it would have been useful to have had the email at the same time as the delivery.

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

I have always been a fan of this company I have one of there three and a half seaters bed setees , about 13 years old as strong as it was when we bought , but scratched on the arms from the dogs, I like now they how a great range of covers, cushions on in a great range of colours extremely well made,...
