Humans answer the phone.no musak. Once the phone was not answered but it was end of day and they got back to me with an email within hours (IE out of hours technically)offering to hear more about (a delivery potential snafu mostly me not understanding terms like dispatch etc). Rosie in the Guildford store is brilliant. I first bought a table and chairs from her last year and have returned to the branch to buy other items many times since. The service is always excellent, all the staff very knowledgable and the products are really good value for money.

Got the Rolly Polly Futon. Really comfy, so easy to set up and store. Lovely quality. Have used mainly to get a good night sleep when the kid needs to sleep in our bed,

Staff in the shop in Ringwood were extremely helpful. Ordered nest of tables sent direct to home. Good delivery price. Well packaged. Regular delivery updates.

Went into the store jn Oxford and was served by a very charming store manager . She was patient and friendly explained the different models and fabrics and options.
We ordered online as we couldn’t go back to the store. The range and variety available is great and the furniture is top quality !

Riikka was very helpful.and informative in the East Sheen store and instilled confidence in the Trundle bed and futon sets we bought. Follow up process was smooth and quick, and the two man delivery team were also exceptionally efficient.

Great quality & great customer service
Great furniture designed for small spaces, much better quality than other flat pack brands. Thank you to Santiago and Danny from the Finchley store for sorting out my courier delivery gone awry with no extra expense or hassle on my part - amazing service!

Fabulous coasters which we’d used on holiday, large enough for a mug so we ordered some for home. Love them and the little lip round it, catches any drips.
