Had a problem with Futon, popped into store, sent some Photos replacement authorised very quickly.
Replacement arrived within a few days.

Great service. The staff in Preston Street in Brighton were great ane a real help. Kept me informed of my order and very helpful on the day of pick up from the shop. The product was easy to build and i was really impressed with the quality of materials used and workmanship. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our futon from this company. It is excellent quality and at a very good price - especially as we got it during a sale. The delivery charge for two men in a van was reasonable too, as we live out in the wilds of west Wales.

Lovely staff at Guildford. Rosie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The sofa arrived a little later than advised. Also a little more difficult to assemble than advised.
We got there in the end and would suggest a better drawing.

After reading several negative comments regarding delivery and customer service, I was slightly hesitant ordering.. I had absolutely no need to worry, as delivered was as expected, within five day's of placing order, and customer service was spot on.

Originally, the futon was going to arrive later than the promised delivery window, but Customer Support fixed this and it arrived in time. The Futon is lovely - good quality and thick cosy mattress. I had to sew handles on the sides of the mattress which is almost impossible to lift and manipulate without...

Good quality product, easy to order, but took its time being delivered, considering I am 5 minutes away from the warehouse. It would be perfect if you could pick direct from the warehouse rather than a store.

Fantastic in store experience in Norwich. Staff cheery, helpful and knowledgeable on products. Everything delivered on time and all packaged well. No items damaged or in need of replacing. Delivery company not as enthusiastic but they did what was needed and without issue. Will order again.
