Lovely helpful staff it's always a pleasure to shop in the futon shop I have bought three things already a laptop table with legs to stand on a table or on your lap,a shoe stand and a shoe rack that have all been lovely made, really nice wood too and easy to build.

We went to the Sheffield branch so we could try the sofas before purchasing. Vivienne was very helpful and informed us if all the information we needed. We went home and made our order. Always enjoyed the Futon Company's products. We have several pieces of bedroom furniture that simply look fantastic.
They are pricier but then you're getting something made of solid wood that will last forever if you take care with it.

Shopped again recently in Futon shop on Lothian Rd. Edinburgh. Anna was very helpful and courteous. Ordered 6 coloured coffee glasses ( 3 glasses in two different colours ) Not in stock in store but delivered to home quite soon after purchase. Well packed and no damage.

The two delivery assistants were very helpful and worked well as a team. They had good manners.
