Excellent , knowledgeable and friendly service at the Bristol shop. Lovely two seater sofa which easily converts into single bed. Very comfortable!

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

Very pleasantly surprised by the service after boycotting the store for the best part of 20 years after having some poor customer service and an email from the ceo calling me a liar. Quality, well-finished furniture, ideal for smaller rooms. I bought the Titch single futon for my meditation room, and it was perfect for the space available. Great value, and even better value in their recent sale. Fiddly to assemble, with lots of bits, so an electric screwdriver a must to save time...
