Buying and collection worked well. The three leg side table was value at £25 but needed the legs to be rubbed down and revarnished. At full price the side table would have been returned.

The girls at the Plymouth branch are really helpful and friendly. The table, bookshelves and futon we have purchased over the past two years are very good quality and very reasonably priced. Very impressed overall.

The website is easy to use . More importantly the quality of the product is excellent. The packaging is very good with no damage to the sofa bed at all . Communication and delivery were both very good.
Unfortunately I had to return the side tables, one was slightly damaged & they didn't really fit our space.
The return process was quick & easy, the money was back in my account 2 days after it was picked up.

Purchases an ottoman stool/ pouffe for my daughter. I rang the Guildford branch and spoke to a member of staff who was extremely helpful.
