What our customers are saying
I visited the Tottenham Court Road…
I visited the Tottenham Court Road store on Sunday the 11th of October.
Santiago was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to show me the different sofa futon options ( which I did not understand when I saw them online) and answer my questions.
Even with some technical issues with the computer, he remained patient and made sure I received a personalised quote link.
Thank you, Santiago, for your kindness and excellent customer service. It was truly appreciated!

Quality item that looks as described online and delivery process was excellent
It was easy to order online, communication was excellent throughout the delivery process. Item was relatively easy to build for two people. It looks nice in our hallway and feels more robust than some other flat pack furniture.

Bought our sofa bed from Norwich Futon…
Bought our sofa bed from Norwich Futon Company. Great service, friendly and helpful. Sofa bed's good too! Solid oak, comfortable and decent price. We needed something that would go up narrow stairs. Futon Co one of very few places where we could actually test out the furniture before buying it.

Impressive customer service
Impressive customer service; in store and online. Bought a kingsize mattress, then requested a replacement to a double. Adam from the solihull branch fulfilled my request and got me a refund on the price difference and free delivery !
