The oak picture ledges exceeded expectations. They look beautiful with a lightly oiled finish. All genuine oak. They were even supplied with a spare wall plug and screw.

Comfortable night and day!
It’s my daughter’s bed each night and she loves it and finds it very comfortable for sleeping and studying. A solid construction, easy to convert from sofa to bed once assembled. We think the quality was superior to other sofa beds which seemed to mainly cater for guests....

Futon Company had a good range of furniture suitable for very small spaces. We ordered 2 items which came well packed, were easy to assemble and are good quality for the price. Delivery was seamless. Very satisfied.

The staff were ultra helpful from my initial ‘phone call through to both a delivery and a pick up at the Manchester shop.
The care instructions sent via email were clear and helpful. I am 100% happy with the Futon Co. I do however question their delivery company!

Where there have been problems the employees have always been helpful and the items replaced without fuss.

I went to the Cambridge shop and found exactly what I was looking for. The gentleman there was very helpful and I was able to pick up my chairs in time for a big party I was hosting. The chairs are smart and look well made.
I will go back again, this shop always looks well stylish and has air conditioning...
