The item I bought came as flat pack which was not what I expected so when I contacted the shop the manager was most helpful and offered to come to my house and put it together for me. Beautifully made piece of furniture in solid oak at a reasonable price. Easy to order online. Hassle-free inexpensive delivery. Relatively simple to assemble. Would highly recommend The Futon Company.

Items ordered were delivered to store for collection on time and the items were easy to build and looked great and exactly as online! Very happy with the purchase they look stunning as narrow bed side tables to fit a small gap which is very hard to find

No issues through out. The bed was easy to put together and very comfy.
The shop assistant who served me in the Bristol store was outstanding. Helpful with a lovely friendly manner.
