The item arrived from the warehouse, with a broken part. I phoned my local store and as,they had an unopened one in stock, we exchanged the part. This saved the hassle of posting the whole piece of furniture back and meant I didn’t have to wait for a replacement.

We purchased a 3seater OKE futon with the top futon mattress , it’s an amazing piece of furniture - solid, beautiful and very very comfortable as a sofa (not tried as a bed but I am 100% sure it would be luxurious and comfortable ) we would 100% recommend . Very easy transaction and delivery service was great. Receiving a call in the morning giving an approximately delivery time then a 10 minute warning call helps to prepare for delivery. Items were delivered to a room of my choice and not just placed in the property threshold.

I always go to the Oxford store because the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, with all the sofa and bed combo’s it can get quite confusing and they make it much simpler.

Table arrived, delivery great. Only noticed scratch on table top post-assembly. Company really helpful - arranged replacement table top straight away. Really responsive and great customer service. Product looks spot on! Very happy.
