Shop staff (Sheffield store) were really helpful in guiding me through the options available. But it took me ages to wrangle the futon into its cover on my own, possibly easier if there are two of you!

Futon is so solid. Very high quality. Easy to assemble (as long as you can lift the parts!) best sofabed mattress we ever had (went for the top spec one). Family have commented how comfortable it is.

Bought a bed in a bag and carried it across London on the bus..surprisingly lightweight. So I was very pleased that the mattress is very comfortable so definitely good for my granddaughter staying over, and I might use it myself at a festival or two . ????

The product was exactly as described. The quality was really good and assembly instructions were clear. Staff were really helpful. The futon soda beds are comfortable as sofas, haven’t tried sleeping on them yet but the mattress seems good quality and they are certainly big enough and sturdy enough to sleep on. Delivery was flexible and the heavy packages were carried upstairs for us.

There were a few issues with the online order and delivery. These were dealt with by Lisa, store manager at the Edinburgh Lothian road shop.
