Prompt dispatch and delivery of items. Both the four tray oak caddy and the free-standing loo roll holder were easy to put together and look great in our new downstairs loo. Solid-feeling with a decent heft to them, very happy with my purchase and the service from Futon Co.

Very neat and attractive little desk, with a nice light wood finish, ideal for a small room. Seemed quite straightforward to assemble, and so far seems pretty sturdy. Pleased with my purchase!

Staff in the shop (Ringwood) couldn't have been more helpful in showing the types of futon, covers and sorting the delivery. Very happy with the quality of the futons

Futon Company was great. The staff in the shop were helpful and informative without being pushy. After ordering, they explained exactly what would happen on delivery. Everything went so smoothly and the flat pack couch instructions were easy to follow.

First experience buying furniture from the Futon Company and being unable to visit a showroom, I had to rely on checking out the reviews from other customers. I ordered a side table and a very practical small fold half moon table as space in my room is restricted.
Both items are beautiful and very good...

Item delivered within timescale. Unfortunately there were chips on some of the parts. Contacted Futon and they replied immediately advising they would send replacement parts. Futon now assembled and very happy with this and customer service

I purchased a Drift daybed in January 2026.
I am very pleased with the quality of the product & the delivery was prompt & efficient.
