Humans answer the phone.no musak. Very good product that seems strong and comfortable. It was pretty easy to construct, too. Everything arrived on time as expected, and communication from the company was good. Most of all, though, the product (a single futon chair), is nicely designed and comfortable.

Futon has become my favourite furniture store. Items are lovely and designed for small spaces and the staff are the Chiswick brand is friendly and very helpful.

The assistant in the Guildford shop was unobtrusive and very helpful when needed. The chairs I ordered were delivered quickly. I'm very pleased with them.

Love the product we bought. The person at the shop was really helpful and made sure we were able to fit everything in and confirmed we had everything. Wasn't too hard to put together. I did it on my own, probably would have been quicker with someone else.
