Very easy transaction and delivery service was great. Receiving a call in the morning giving an approximately delivery time then a 10 minute warning call helps to prepare for delivery. Items were delivered to a room of my choice and not just placed in the property threshold.

This company is a hidden gem. This was the first time I had used them. Their products are first class and well made and they don’t just sell futons! Brilliant bed, solid, sturdy, smells nice (of fresh wood). And the combination with tatami mats is just to die for! This is so so comfortable. Couldn't be happier!

I am happy of the quality of the double Futon bed, and managed to assemble it on my own.
Delivery was on schedule. The driver and assistant kindly carried the bed components to a first floor room. They were polite and helpful.
Very pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great service in the shop in York. Excellent delivery time with good communication throughout regarding times and delivery date.
The delivery drivers brought the heavy furniture upstairs.

Easy to order, good products, great quality and reasonable price. We ordered 3 side tables after previously purchasing lean to dressing table.
