Buying and collection worked well. The three leg side table was value at £25 but needed the legs to be rubbed down and revarnished. At full price the side table would have been returned.

The girls at the Plymouth branch are really helpful and friendly. The table, bookshelves and futon we have purchased over the past two years are very good quality and very reasonably priced. Very impressed overall.

Futon could keep the furniture in storage until I was ready to receive it. They added an additional piece of furniture over the phone and sent link for payment instantly. The quality of the items delivered were excellent and the instructions to build them were clear. Delivery service was very good....

We ordered a Futon 5 shelf ladder stand after seeing our daughter’s. It is well made and finished and puts together easily. All the tools needed are included. It did take a while to arrive but we were told that on the online order form so we can’t mark it down for that - in fact it arrived before...

First time using the company and very impressed. Purchased a roll up futon mattress for my grandsons when they come to have a sleepover. The design is brilliant as it rolls up for easy storage and has a carry handle. It's also very comfy. The item arrived very quickly too.

Our cabinet arrived in shop on the correct date and was ready for collection. Assembly instructions were clear and although it took a good couple of hours to assemble, we now have a lovely cabinet. Very pleased with it.
