Lovely small tables, look well made. Solid wood and quite heavy. Well packed.
It was easy to change the delivery date with the delivery company and tables arrived on the correct day.

What made my experience great? In a word Catherine! Went to the Kingston store on the 22nd October, she was helpful, kind and professional. Had to check I'd be able to get someone to assemble before buying, she printed out the potential bill then helped me later over the phone ,to pay (elderly technophobe!)...

It was good. The delivery however took 2 weeks which seemed like quite a long time but possibly understandable.
I like the product because it is made of cotton not plastic and has recycled materials. So I am grateful for that.

Lovely staff at Guildford. Rosie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The sofa arrived a little later than advised. Also a little more difficult to assemble than advised.
We got there in the end and would suggest a better drawing.

Originally, the futon was going to arrive later than the promised delivery window, but Customer Support fixed this and it arrived in time. The Futon is lovely - good quality and thick cosy mattress. I shopped in store and was advised extremely well by a very gracious member of the team.
My first night on my new futon mattress left me with a bit of a face ache in the morning because I had been smiling in my sleep. It's preposterously comfortable.
