Small household item ordered from Exeter store for London branch due to no in stock in their store at the time. Ordered efficiently with great customer focus and a picked up in London no problem. Excellent in store & over the phone service by professional and courteous staff. The day bed arrived on schedule, well packaged and all parts enclosed. I was able to put it up myself in 20 minutes. Looks lovely in the room.

I collected in the shop a small side table. The shop assistant was very helpful and nice.

Staff members in Leeds are all very helpful. We called in Leeds branch, last weekend. We were assisted by Chelz, who has excellent customer service skills. We were also very impressed with the layout of the store and Quality of product range. We bought two storage boxes, this time. Can recommend this...

Bought a ladder dressing table, which is great quality and is really well designed for a small space. There was a slight defect with the mirror and customer services (Rosie) couldn’t have been more helpful. Sent a replacement out really swiftly and so all resolved very quickly.

Ordered 2 matching lamps from Brighton store as only 1 in store - was advised delivery turnaround time and I was kept informed of progress. Lamps turned up on time and look fabulous, really good quality

I visited the store in Plymouth to browse your furniture. The staff were helpful when I asked a question and gave me space to look around on my own. I ordered a piece of furniture and collected it from the store later. I am very pleased with the design and quality of the product.
