Staff at the Plymouth Futon Shop couldn't have been more helpful in helping me to choose the Futon that was right for me. Excellent staff in Norwich showroom with fast delivery and even delivery men carrying mattress up three flights of stairs due to broken lift. Great quality mattress with cover as ever. Love my futon, which I've had for years and just replaced the mattress passing old one to family.
