The sales staff were very helpful and efficient. The furniture arrived on schedule. The delivery men carried it to our appointed room without complaint, even though we had a very difficult staircase to negotiate. All in all everything went very well.

We went to the shop today with an intention to buy a sofa bed. Joe their member of staff was excellent in explaining and demonstrating the sofa bed we liked. The delivery men were polite and efficient, and we are delighted with our Snuggler daybed: relatively easy to assemble, sturdy and very comfortable. Oslo blue a great colour too.

Very easy transaction and delivery service was great. Receiving a call in the morning giving an approximately delivery time then a 10 minute warning call helps to prepare for delivery. Items were delivered to a room of my choice and not just placed in the property threshold.

The lady in the shop was very helpful. I paid for the furniture and within a few days it was delivered.
When I go back to Cambridge I will definitely go there again .

Table arrived, delivery great. Only noticed scratch on table top post-assembly. Company really helpful - arranged replacement table top straight away. Really responsive and great customer service. Product looks spot on! Very happy.
