This is the first time I have used this company to order from and I was pleasently surprised. I was kept informed by email at each stage of my order and on the final email on dispatch I was given the tracking number so I could see where my order was. Love this company, their products are solid, easy to build, well made and with a great design. I bought two sofa beds from them, leaning cabinets, ledge tables and other stuff. I'd buy more if I had more space in my flat, lol. They cyclically have sales, so if you're not in a hurry, it might be worth...

Really pleased with my smart computer/office chair that doesn't look like an office chair! No wheels but a stylish swivel that allows the seat to move smoothly around. A couple of challenges putting it together but I realised what the diagrams meant and succeeded without any more grief. Couldn't find...

Went into the Futon shop in York whilst on a short break. Saw the item we wanted but because of its weight and size we had it delivered to our home address. The shop assistant was very helpful and arranged everything for us. The item was delivered on time a few days later. Very pleased with what we purchased...

Item delivered within timescale. Unfortunately there were chips on some of the parts. Contacted Futon and they replied immediately advising they would send replacement parts. Futon now assembled and very happy with this and customer service
