We took delivery of the Rondo Single Seater sofa bed this week- a beautifully made piece of furniture but struggled to put it together- a combination of us not being very practical and instructions that were not very clear. In the delivery process one of the item was missing. When I required about it the staff was so good that they dispatched the item without any problems.

Great set of "leaning" shelves. Fits perfectly in bathroom with mix of wooden frame and white shelves. Easy to build - 10 minutes or so and solid. Recommended. Probably my fifth or sixth piece of Futon Company furniture, won't be my last.

Great customer service
Bought the trundle bed in February and couple of niggles were resolved by Prisca in customer support with great patience - she is a really good ambassador for the company. I am very pleased with the trundle bed: it is perfect for our extremely small spare room for 2 of the grandchildren...
